A: yes. very very good in an attic. but sensetive to cable length (see instructions). i have added canada to to ship points. i dont know the price, but if you relook at the listing, it should tell you.

A: Oh yes, perfectly. (however, this is for cb and 10 m frequencies, NOT marine radio frequencies).

A: hi, it is factory tuned. base antennas do not ever come with a cable. everyone's cable length need differs. in my ebay store many cables are available (just click on STORE)

A: yes, good choice. that's exactly what this is made for. one layer of (non-lead) paint is invisible to the signal--so no problem. wipe it clean firat with a cloth and a bit of windex.
