You will get a Quit Claim Deed for the purchase of this home - read below for details

Terms:  Payment for home must be recieved within 72 hours of auction end.  Seller reserves right to end auction at any time.  There will be a $399.00 processing fee added to the final purchase price of the home.  At the time of payment seller will overnight a simple contract stating that the house is bought with no expressed or implied warranty from the seller.  This paperwork must be signed by the buyers and overnighted back to seller within 48 hours from buyer originally recieving paperwork.  At that time a QUIT CLAIM DEED along with keys to home will be overnighted back to buyer and transaction will be complete.  Seller is willing to meet buyer at the home to sign paperwork and hand over Quit Claim Deed & Keys if that better suits the buyer.  We are very easy people to do business with and will try our hardest to make this a smooth transaction!  AS ALWAYS buyer must perform their own due diligence.  All information provided is to the best of the sellers knowledge, all information must be confirmed by buyer.
