Bidder understands that riding can result in the injury, disability or death of the scooter rider; damage to the scooter; and other property damage. Bidder voluntarily assumes any and all risks of loss, damage or injury while using this product or allowing others and anyone under 18 years of age to use this product. Bidder hereby agrees to release and forever discharge the Ebay Seller and all people or entities associated with this seller or acting on their behalf from all liability for any damages, claims, or costs related to the use of their scooter product(s) by bidder, bidders children and any other authorized or unauthorized user. By this agreement, bidder will surrender and waive all rights to sue or seek damages from the Ebay Seller and all people or entities associated with the seller. In the case of personal death or personal disability, this agreement shall remain effective and be binding upon bidder heirs, agents and all other personal representatives. By purchasing products from this Ebay Seller, bidder does certify that he or she is over 18 years of age and has carefully read the text above and acknowledges understanding and agreement to all the above terms and conditions. Bidder further acknowledges that there has been ample opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this agreement and its effect.  Bidder is aware that by purchasing scooter product(s) from this Ebay Seller, bidder assumes all risks and waives all rights to sue or otherwise hold liable the Ebay Seller and all people or entities associated with the Ebay Seller or acting on their behalf.

Final conditions of bid:  Seller holds bidder fully responsible for the bid.  Bidder is responsible to follow all Ebay bidding requirements and expectations in fulfilling their bid agreement.  Bidders should read all information and ask all questions prior to bidding.  Placing a bid constitutes total agreement with the auction details and legal obligation to complete the purchase by paying the seller within 7 days of auction completion.  Seller will work with buyers, but only through prior agreement.  We do not offer refunds for any reason.  Bidders who fail to meet all requirements of the bid, specifically making a complete and cleared payment, will subject themselves to a filing of a non-paying bidder notification per Ebay rules and guidelines for fair business practice.  In other words, please be fair to us and other bidders who want this item and bid only if you are serious about the purchase.  Thank You.

Shipping and handling, shipping insurance and warrantee info:  Shipping charges and handling charges are combined in this auction.  The insurance coverage in shipping protects the buyer and seller from damages that may be caused durring shipping.  Any damages in shipping will constitute filing a claim with the shipping company.  Your shipping insurance purchase allows us to file a claim on your behalf.  Seller is not responsible to cover any damages above what the shipping company will cover.  In other words, buyer agrees to accept whatever the shipping company pays for a claim as full restitution for damages caused in shipping and agrees to hold seller harmless regardless of what is paid by shipping company.  The buyers bid and payment are accepted as legal agreement to this policy.  Seller does not represent manufacturer in any way.  Therefore we do not attempt to represent warantees and we offer no warantee on motorized items.  That being stated, we do guarantee the product will not be DOA upon arrival.  In the case of a DOA we will replace parts only.  If the DOA is too servere for replacement parts, seller will replace or repair DOA item provided the buyer notifies the seller within 48 hours of the arival date indicated on the delivery notice from the shipper.  If the item must be returned as DOA, the buyer must return the item to the seller in original condition including packaging.  Very important notice on shipping charges relating to DOA:  Buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways relating to a DOA return.  Final terms and conditions:  Seller does not offer refunds for any reason.  Buyers bid and payment for item constitutes legal agreement to the policies stated in this listing regarding no refunds and accepting all shipping charges related to DOA exchanges.  Shipping insurance for each item is $10.  Shipping and Handling is $159.  We ship within 7 days of a completed verified payment.  We will only ship to the Continental United States and can not ship to APO or PO boxes.  Please submit a proper physical address with your payment.
