All products leave our facilities in factory new condition. They should and we expect them to arrive in the same perfect condition. Upon receipt of the order, the buyer is required to open the packaging and inspect the shipment thoroughly and completely for shipping damage. If there is any visible damage and/or nonconformity, regardless of its severity, size or significance must be noted on waybill or other shipping documents by the customer. Failure by the buyer to note any damage, defect or irregularity in the shipping documents shall be construed as a declaration by the buyer that the goods were received in good order and condition and free from any defect or non-conformity. If there is ever significant damage resulting from mishandling of goods by the shipping carrier, the customer is required to refuse the shipment.

You may make your own shipping arrangements or use a known and reputable company we regularly ship with at our posted discounted rate. If you choose to use our method, we will follow up with the company name and tracking details when available.

This product is shipped from our location using truck freight service. 3-7 day delivery is normal. If your shipping address is in a remote area, does not have a loading dock, or lift truck available please notify us. In some cases there may be an additional charge by the shipping company for lift truck use.

We do offer a 50% discount on Shipping and Handling for pickup orders.

If you are a residential customer, you must have AT LEAST 2-4 able-bodied people present to unload the generator. While some truck drivers are kind enough to help, they are not required to help you lift the products.

If you do not have the equipment or manpower, you can order a special truck equipped with a hydraulic lift to safely lower the product from the truck to the ground. There is a $29.00 charge for this and unless we hear from you after the auction we will assume your address is a residential address and requires this service.

We DO ship to Canada and we will pay all customs and duty charges. Shipping to Canada is an added 100.00. All local taxes apply.
