CONCERNING ORDERS OUTSIDE U.S.A.:
On May 14th, the U.S. Postal Service raised their postal rates and changed shipping policies which affects everyone mailing to addresses outside the United States in 3 ways:
(1) The U.S. Postal service no longer offers surface mail. Everything mailed to an address outside the U.S. must be sent via International Air Mail.
(2) They reclassified many types of mail. Where previously rigid flats containing books could be mailed as large or small envelopes, all books mailed in rigid flats are now classified as parcels (a more expensive classification).
(3) The rates themselves increased.
We will still offer international shipping and charge, to the best of our knowledge, accurate shipping costs. We apologize for the shipping cost raise, but unfortunately, it is out of our hands.

We accept Paypal, Cashier's Checks/Money orders & Personal Checks (Within U.S.A. only). OUTSIDE U.S.A we can only accept PAYPAL. Please allow a few days for personal checks to clear. Return Policy: Hopefully you will be completely satisfied, but you may return items and we will credit the original cost of item (Not shipping cost) through Paypal or what ever way you paid, once we receive item in good condition. You are responsible to pay me back for shipping, also. New, sealed items must be returned in great condition and packaged carefully. Used items must be returned in the same condition as you received them, please. Thank you!
