Caution: Regarding missing or incorrectly sent items upon shipping
If the purchased product is incorrectly sent or becomes lost and does not reach the customer, we ask the customer to request his or her own country’s postal service for searches as well as to report to us. We will also request a search from the Japanese postal service. If it is determined that the item was lost, we will return the total payment including the shipping fee to the customer as soon as we received the payment from the Japanese postal service. However, we ask the customer to understand that it may take more than a few months to complete this process.

What is EMS? (EMS Service): If you are sending time-sensitive material abroad, EMS is the best and fastest mail service you can use among all international mail services; top priority is placed on this service. If you are sending important mail abroad, we suggest EMS because the entire process is recorded from acceptance to delivery, and delivery can be traced online via the Track & Trace Service. Expected delivery dates can also be queried if the destination country is the U.S.A., China, Hong Kong, Korea, or Australia. In addition, there is an insurance program that provides further security to our customers with compensation up to 2 million yen.

Some countries, including Belize and Aruba, do not have EMS, and we will ship products to those places by air. Please note that the airfreight shipping charge is higher than that of the EMS.

We purchase the bags in the used product market. The detailed retail histories (when and where purchased) are therefore unknown. However, all the products have been examined by experts and the authenticities verified.

It may be difficult to see as a photograph, but we have posted enlarged pictures of areas of noticeable scratches and stains. The degree of concern will probably depend upon the viewer. Please consider these carefully before bidding. (It is possible that we may have missed small damaging. Please note that such problems are unwarranted to file for returns or money back.)

Judgment of smell varies from person to person. We have been told what we deemed odiferous was "odorless," or what we deemed "odorless" was "foul." We sell used bags. It is often the case that the products have acquired some sort of smell in addition to the scent of leather. Suppose a customer turns out to be rather sensitive to odors and he or she claimed "it smelled more than the description said." We do not consider product returns and money backs for such situations. If you possibly have a sensitive sense of smell, we ask you not to risk bidding.

Other forewarnings include the fact that computer monitor displays may naturally show colors slightly different than those of the actual object. Also, because our products are used, most bags do not retain their upright form. Please keep in mind that the bags are photographed stuffed to straighten out the original shapes.

Attention: If you fit the descriptions below, please do not bid.

- Obviously has no intention to purchase; a window-shopper.
- Attempts to cancel transaction after a winning bid by claiming "I didn't think I'd get it," or "I bade by mistake".
- Asks questions after a winning bid, such as "is the bag new?" or "does it come with the lock and keys?" All answers to such questions are described and please read them carefully before bidding. If you have any other questions, please ask them before bidding.
- Requests products returns and/or money backs after receiving the item with unreasonable complaints such as "the black stitching is strange". We wish that anybody who possibly could make complaints that may be due to his or her misinterpretations or wrong guessing not to bid.
- Loses interest as soon as receiving the product with unreasonable complaints that "it seems fake," "a friend told me it's fake," or "a Louis Vuitton store clerk told me it's fake". Occasionally, though rare, a Louis Vuitton store clerk would deem our products fake. It is probable that the design of the bags sold in the Japanese market is slightly different than those of the bags sold in your country.

We do not want to do business with persons who would likely stir up problems for both sides after auction closures.

Cancellations, complaints and product returns due to certain reasons due to variation in judgment (e.g. "it differed than what I expected," "I think it should have been ranked lower") are not serviced, nor are complaints concerning the photograph quality (e.g. "there are scratches that I didn't see in the picture," "it looks dirtier than it did in the picture"). If you disagree with our policy or care in detail about the condition of the used products, please do not bid.
