This year, I found many buyer take an offer , when I accept the offer and send an invoice to the buyer, I am  waiting for 3 days or more  and send many email to remind the buyer. Finally,I never heard the sound from the buyer and loss contact, I must file ' NON PAID ITEM DISPUTE' to ebay ,becasue of the Non Paid Strike and your ebay account will be suspend in ebay.

(1) if the buyer decided to purchase bag for in my store, please make sure your account enough money then decided to take a bid.

 

(2) Items try describe it in the best,possibility to found some parts we missed description. Please see photos of our items.If do think the condition is NOT as description, I agree to refund the selling price, According the paypal rule, the buyer require to pay the shipping fee to postage back the items to the seller. If I received the items and check the items correct same as before, I am happy to refund the selling price but not included the shipping cost to the buyer. Sometimes, I am make sure postage the authentic bag to the buyer, the worst buyer try to postage the fake items and another styles bag to me to ask for refund, I must report the case in ebay and Police. Return items within 72 hours of arrival or we will not issue refund. shipping fee is not refundable and we will charge additional 15% restocking fee

 

(3) Sometimes I received email from the buyer which is not like the mothballs or used bag smell, as I sell the bag is a used bag, So we are no longer guaranteed there have NO mothball smell or odor from our item(s).I will tell you the truth of the fact and the buyer can learn this method to remove the smell. Some used items may have an unpleasant odor. If you are very sensitive to smells, please do not make a bid. Please understand that this cannot be a reason to return the article or request money back

 

(4) On Wednesday, Saturday, I go to post office to delivery all parcel that I received payment, if the date is a bad weather, I must email to the buyer for delay to shipping.  For example, shipping to USA, it required for 3 days or before you must received the parcel. I ship by EMS postage by Hong Kong Post office, this shipping service is similar to Fedex, I am not responsible for the delays that sometimes happen shipping overseas. Rarely, items get delayed in Customs, and this is not my fault.
