This auction is for AutoCad 2002 LT w/ 3D Rendering Add-On.  Recommended for use with Windows 98, ME, NT 4.0 (SP5-Later), 2000 Pro.  It will also work on XP.

AutoDesk has been contacted regarding transfer of ownership for this software and there are several stipulations, which would prevent the new owner from registering the software in their name.  Mainly the fact that AutoDesk sells their software with a "Non exclusive, non-transferable license".  The license is transferable under certain conditions such as a business merger or acquisition but it needs to be "the latest release of the product and on Subscription."

This is not the latest release and it is not under subscription.

These conditions will not prevent the purchaser from using the software but it will prevent them from being able to register it in their name and from using the software towards an upgrade.
