PAYMENT POLICIES:

We prefer payment by Visa or Mastercard. We also accept Amex, BidPay or Paypal. Unfortunately we cannot accept Postal Money Orders from the US Postal Service. We will convert all credit card transactions to New Zealand Dollars at the current conversion rate on Universal Currency Converter on the closing day of the auction. The final amount you are charged in US Dollars may vary slightly when you receive your credit card bill. An approximate rate at the moment is $0.7900 USD = $1 NZD. Note: New Zealand residents are subject to an additional 12.5% GST. If you have concerns about emailing your credit card details, please do it in three stages. SHIPPING POLICIES:

Where possible items purchased by the same buyer in the same auction will be packed and shipped together to save the buyer postage costs. We will advise the postage costs in our invoice to buyers at the end of the auction. The shipping charge quoted is for International Airmail. We endeavour to ship within 3 working days of payment being received. All items will be sent International Airmail. If you wish to receive your item by International Air Express Courier, with a Track and Trace facility, (3 to 4 day delivery) a minimum charge of US$50 applies. Please be aware of your own country's Customs and Importing requirements before bidding. Under no circumstances are we prepared to falsify documents. PLEASE NOTE: We will not ship to Africa and only to Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan in Asia.

INSURANCE:

Insurance is available on all items sent at an additional charge of 2% of the final sale price. This will automatically be applied to the invoice we send you and will be included under “Shipping and Handling”. If you do not require insurance please advise us and we will make the adjustment to your invoice. Please note that insurance is compulsory for all items sold for $200 or more. Items sent un-insured will be sent entirely at your risk and we accept no responsibility for items once they have been posted.

WHEN THE AUCTION HAS ENDED:

We will invoice you within 24 hours of the auction closing and advise you of total costs and various payment options etc. Where possible, we will combine shipping costs for multiple purchases in the same auction. If you purchase more than one item and intend to pay by Paypal please make one total payment rather than separate payments for each item.
