AUTOGRAPH -- Mart Siiman, Estonia Prime Minister

A beautiful pen signature on of Mart Siiman, the Prime Minister of Estonia from 1997-1999, on a white Estonian first day cover, postmarked March 16, 1998.  Smoke and pet free home.

NOTE: this is an authentic autograph obtained while we were editors of The Autograph Times news magazine, which earned the UACC (Universal Autograph Collectors Club) "Publication of the Year" award. We have many years experience in the autograph hobby and guarantee the authenticity of all autographs we sell (unless they are specifically sold as autopen or reproductions). We were named in the acknowledgements of two editions of George Sanders' highly reputable price guide. We are NOT professional autograph dealers, however. All autographs and photos we sell are from our personal collection of more than 30+ years. We do not normally issue "Certificates of Authenticity" since, if someone is going to sell a fake, they'd just make up a fake COA.  However, we'll be happy to supply a letter confirming authenticity at your request.

 High bidder pays postage ($1). I'll be glad to combine multiple wins to save on postage.

NOTE: Sorry, but I accept PAYPAL only and ship ONLY to US addresses -- no exceptions. Please don't ask because I feel terribly guilty saying no.

ALSO ... I ask that you contact me within THREE DAYS of the close of the auction. If I don't hear from you and/or receive Paypal payment after ONE WEEK, I'll have no choice but to consider the transaction canceled.

I mail items the least expensive way possible (usually media mail in a padded envelope).

If you want upgraded postage method (i.e., priority, express, etc.) and/or insurance, please feel free to ask and I’ll try to accommodate you! Insurance is optional but I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail (although this is extremely rare)

I am not a professional eBay "dealer", just someone who buys WAY too much stuff and sells them here when I'm done with them. So, although I try to mail items as soon as possible, it may be several days after receiving payment before I can get to the post office. Please be patient.
