AUTOLITE SPARK PLUG BEAUTIFUL COUNTER DISPLAY CABINET

 It is with some regret that I must let this go to a new owner. Here is a Autolite spark plug display cabinet I believe to be from the late 30`s. This 70 year old piece of auto history has been well taken of and covered away hidden but now has come out for all to see. The main cabinet is made of sheet metal with printed woodgrain on outside except for the beautiful Auto-lite sign on top front. Inside is painted brown except the simulated stacks of spark plug boxes inside glass. Glass is curved on both sides and is clean and in very nice condition. All of this is attached to a wood frame on the bottom side. The chrome piece the spark plugs hang from slides out from the top and is also in very nice condition. The 15 plugs included with cabinet are a variety of part numbers with a repeat of maybe 3 or 4 and I think from the early 40`s. The few empty boxes are from some of the plugs. On the back side of cabinet is lockable storage space with shelves and includes a Autolite pamphlet, an empty large box and a slide out plug checker. All items are period correct within a few years. The only thing you will find wrong with this piece is the stain on the very top near the slot to insert chrome plug holder as you can see near top of photo. Display stands 18 1/2 in. tall, 13 1/2 in. wide and a depth of 7 1/2 in. I loved finding and collecting a few Autolite pieces over the years and not an expert, but I am very sure you will not see this ever again. It has been my ultimate Autolite piece. Now it is time for someone else to own and display for others to see. Thanks for interest.
