USA Domestic Shipping

International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Items:

At times, shipments may be delayed in transit. Please allow 10 business days before considering that your package has been lost by the carrier. If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, please see the section, "All other return issues," and follow the instructions.

We will send your invoice via e-mail within 48 hours of your auction win. If you have won multiple online auctions, please wait for an adjusted invoice. You must pay from our invoice in order to receive any Shipping Discount or Special Offer. Acceptable payment methods include PayPal, money order, and personal check. Please note : Payment must be received within 7 days after your FIRST auction has closed. Personal checks must clear bank before items are shipped (7-10 business days).

We respond to e-mails usually within 1 business day. Note that if you send us a message on Friday, we will respond before the end of the day on the following Monday. In your communication with us, please include: 1) eBay item number; 2) Method of payment - if applicable; 3) Name and address; 4) Description of problem or issue.

Received wrong item?
If you receive an item which is significantly different from your item description, you must e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving the incorrect item. We will send the correct item as soon as the wrong item is returned. In addition, your postage for return of the incorrect item will be refunded to you.

All other return issues (including lost or damaged items), will be handled as follows:

You will receive an e-mail response with a Resolution Procedure list. An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued if necessary. Please use the RMA number in the subject line of all e-mail correspondence; also mark the RMA number on the mailing label for any returned items.

• Shipping, handling and insurance are non-refundable and are not used to calculate restocking fee.

Question: I already won one online auction, but there are a few more of your auctions that I want to bid on, and they haven't closed yet. When do I have to pay?
Answer: You have 7 days from the end of the first auction to pay for your multiple item purchases. Please wait for our invoice - the correct total including shipping will be calculated for you. Purchases beyond this 7-day period will be considered new, separate transactions, and previous shipping discounts will not apply.
