Domestic Shipping:

Our Standard shipping is as follows: USPS Priority Mail for small items and UPS ground for large items.

Insurance is optional. The purchase of Insurance is required for any shipping insurance claims. PDMusic does not accept responsibility for any loss or damages which occur during shipping if the optional shipping insurance is not selected. The customer will have to choose this option during the checkout process.

To ship to another address other than what is listed on your EBAY or your PAYPAL account, a minimum of 10 positive feedback is required and further verification may be necessary.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns:

There are no returns on Software, or Hardware which is bundled with software that can be registered.

For all other "New Items" the Return Policy is as follows:

We offer a 14-Day Return Policy. These time period begins upon delivery receipt.

The customer must contact us within the stated 14-day time period to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). This (RMA) expires 10 days after it has been given and must be written on the outside of the outer shipping box for any return to be processed.

Upon return, if the item proves to be Non-Functioning we will exchange it for the same product. If the product is out of stock the total amount of the sale will be refunded.

Due to the fact that all items are Factory Sealed, any products sent back based on a "Non-Functioning Item Claim" will be tested and if the item is found to be in full working order your options include: (1) have the item shipped back to you (customer pays return shipping) (2) process the item as a return and pay a minimum* 25% restocking fee. *(in the event that the item has cosmetic damage or missing documentation or accessories, a higher restocking fee will be charged)

The customer pays all return shipping back to the seller and from the seller back to the customer. No exceptions.

SYSTEM DESIGN

Sixteen channels of audio are drawn from the console and patched to an AN-16/i Input Module, which converts the audio to digital. The digital audio is output as A-Net, to an A-16D A-Net Distributor on stage. Requiring power for each line, the A-16D supplies audio and power to the four A-16II Personal Mixers. Performers can monitor with headphones, IEMs, or wedges. Up to four additional Personal Mixers can be connected directly to this distributor. Below is a sample system layout of the Aviom system:
