1 All of the AVON products are NEW and IN STOCK, I do not list items I do not physically have with me. Shipping and Handling on this item will be 2.80. I ship 2-3 times a week. Insurance is optional for 1.70 extra.
2 I accept and prefer Paypal, Money Orders and Personal Checks with a holding period of 10 days(echecks through Paypal is also held).
3 Payment MUST be received within 10 days. If payment is not received within ten(10) days of auction's end, a NPB (Non-Paying Bidder Alert) will be filed with Ebay and auction may be cancelled. If paying by PayPal, payment must be made within three(3) days of auction's end.
