I have heard a lot of stories about weight loss with Acai berry. I am always skeptical of exaggerated claims about weight loss products, so I decided to try this product on my own. I am happy and impressed with the results that I got because I was actually able to lose weight. So far I have been taking Acai berry pills for 4 month. I do not want to eat as much as I used to. I eat 40% less food than I used to. I lost 17 lbs in 4 month. I look forward to losing more weight while I feel energized and happy. Now I recommend this product to all of my friends and co-workers.

At some point I was unhappy with losing 17 lbs in 4 month, then I read “How to resist temptation” in Woman’s Health Magazine. The article states:

“Contestants on reality shows might drop 11 pounds a week, but for a normal woman, one to two is more realistic.” (Woman’s Health Magazine, May 2009, How to resist temptation.)
