Powers on and works great. It is in great condition.  It looks to be new. It comes in original box with auxiliary counting screen (has a mark on the screen), cover, power cord, money bag, and user guide. It comes as pictured nothing else included.

Shipping will be $33 for fully insured UPS packaged well, in the continental USA. Local pickups are welcome but there is a $7 handling fee. Anything over $1000 will be charged extra insurance, at cost, and is required.

• Payments : US Paypal with a confirmed address ONLY.  It's an eBay rule.We do combine shipping if physically possible.  We do allow pick up in our store for the fee stated in the description.

• Our items are AS-IS unless otherwise stated.  We list them honestly and we list how it was tested but it's a chance.  Bid accordingly.

Payment methods the we accept :

• Paypal (shipped to the address in Paypal only) *Except for Freight and Local Pickup*  Cash or Certified Checks ONLY for Local Pickup.
• Because of the amount of fraud, all paypal payments are subject to paypal's approval before we ship.  If paypal suspects fraud they notify us and we hold items until the payment is ok'd by paypal. 

Shipping:

1. Shipping to USA ONLY!!! (All other contact us for approval)
2. Shipping rates in the ad are for the continental USA only, insured up to $1000.  Anything more than $1000 will be extra insurance required. 
3. We can ship most item USPS and it is usually more expensive and it sometimes takes us a few days to get your item to the post office to ship.  If you want or need USPS ...   for Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO or if you have a PO Box number, email me your address and I will give you a shipping quote.   Please let me send you an invoice before paying for your item if you need USPS shipping..
4. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges.  We do not refund shipping. 
5. Signature is required on all shipments over $250 if you pay with paypal. 
6. F.O.B. Freight is the responsibility if the buyer.  The buyer must FAX a Bill of Lading to us before we will release the item to YOUR trucking company.  There is a $50 Packing Fee for all large freight items.  And a minimum of $15 Packing Fee to ship on YOUR UPS, FedEx, etc. account.  Larger items will of course be higher.
   

Payment must be made within 7 days, contact us within 3 days.  I file a non paying bidder alert after 7 days and may re-list the item at that time. 

There is a 6% sales tax for Pennsylvania residents.
