For just the repair in the listing title the Buy It Now
price is the complete cost of your repair. Please note that
if you are purchasing a jack repair listing for a Sony, Fujitsu or
IBM/Lenovo Thinkpad that you
must purchase one of our listings with that brand in the listing title
due to the additional cost of parts. Otherwise we will bill you
an
additional 19.95 to repair those systems due to parts availability.
If upon inspection we discover that the listing you purchased does not
cover the actual repair needed
then we will contact you with a quote for the necessary repair.
For example, in about 90% of the jack related issues only the jack is
at fault but in about 10% there is either an adapter or motherboard
issue
causing the problem.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please use Fedex to ship us your system. Also, you need
to use their laptop shipping kit to do so. This is a special box
which has been proven to be the most effective method in getting your
laptop to us safely. Please REMOVE
your hard drive if possible before you send your system to
us. This will remove the chance of shock damage in transit.
We do not need your drive for a jack repair. Thanks!
2. Absolutely DO
NOT use a US Postal Service flat rate priority mail box to send
us your laptop! It will most likely be damaged or at the very
least suffer a shortening of it's usable life due to vibration induced
into the LCD display and the hard drive.
