THINGS TO REMEMBER:

2. INCLUDE A RETURN LABEL. If you don't our shipping fee is $25
3. REMOVE BATTERY
4. Fill out the repair ticket. Any items included aside from the laptop and it’s battery should be listed
5. When packing, ensure that nothing shifts around inside the box.

••• PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LAPTOP'S POWER SUPPLY. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST POWER ADAPTERS. The only exception is for custom computers that have a unique adapter. This is rare and you should always call or email for confirmation. •••
••• Laptop Battery - Do Not Send Your Laptop Battery Installed In Laptop - If you do and your laptop turns on while shipping, you laptop can over heat and blow-out your processor •••
We will not be held responsible for damaged equipment during shipping.
• Repair Ticket - Make sure you include your repair ticket with your laptop shipment. Include in the section titled Additional Equipment anything other than the Laptop and Battery that you included in the shipment. If you do not include that information we will have no record of additional items.
• Shipping - You take care of your own shipping (Both Ways) and materials and insurance.
PLEASE INCLUDE A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL, or have a UPS, DHL or FedEx account ready. If you do not have a return label or a shipping account we will charge an additional $25 shipping fee.
• Materials - The safest method to ship your laptop to us would be to use an actual laptop shipping box. These type boxes are designed to be altered to fit almost any laptop.

Also, we've seen that FedEx is one of the best and safest laptop shippers. They seem to have laptop shipping boxes readily available at their locations. You are not required to use Fed Ex, and you should be able to purchase only the laptop shipping box.
• Insurance - Definitely recommended.
••• Once We Receive Your Laptop •••
Once we receive your laptop, it is put on the line to receive it's diagnostic in the order in which we receive. After your diagnostic is finished we will contact you and let you know what is wrong and how much the repair will cost. After you confirm the laptop for repair, we will then proceed with the repair.
• Turn around time is usually 2 – 5 days + Parts Shipment (if required) + Shipping to you.
• Warranty – 30 Days on repairs
• Rough shipping can damage repair work. Actual laptop shipping boxes ease shipping jolt.
