This is a great assist for someone unable to go up and down steps without assistance

This unit was used approximately 8 times and is, unfortunately no longer needed.

It is designed for residential use and rated at 300 lbs

The unit has a battery backup for use when the power goes down

Equipped with a seatbelt for security if needed

Seat swivels at top of stairs for ease of getting out onto level surface

There is a control on the right arm, plus, there are 2 remote controls (one for top, bottom of steps)

Comes with the track shown in the photo...used on 7 steps

The chair seat, arms and foot rest are all designed to fold up when not in use

There is a safety control to stop the chair if anything prohibits travel up or down

Comes with 2 remote controls

Comes with owners manual and promotional dvd.
