Shipping Policy:
Any item defective upon arrival or incorrectly shipped will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Buyer has three days to inform us via email if the item is damaged /defective upon arrival. Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the Buyer as well as insurance costs. On the occasion our local warehouse inventory may be low, those buyers whom do not pay instantly through Pay Pal, cannot be guaranteed the item will be available at the time payment is received. Should an item be unavailable, Buyer will be notified and given the option of a full refund or a similar item of equal or greater value. Shipping
All package and handling fees will be included when viewing the shipping calculator. There will be no additional fee other than listed on the shipping calculator. When looking for a total price just add the price of your bid or buy it now price with the price on the shipping calculator and you will have your grand total with all fees included.
Domestic Shipping
All items shipped within the continental United States will be shipped via UPS. If you are in the continental United States please choose UPS Ground. If you have an address in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please choose USPS Priority Mail as this is a faster and cheaper option. If you have a PO BOX, APO, FPO, or another address that UPS does not ship to please choose USPS Priority Mail as this is the way your item will be shipped. If you would like your item shipped another method such as UPS 3rd & 2nd Day Air or UPS Overnight arrangements can be made by contacting us at Southbaywholesale@hotmail.com.
Shipping to Canada
For orders going to Canada please select UPS Standard to Canada unless you have an address that UPS does not ship to such as a Box or PO Box address. For addresses that UPS does not deliver to please select USPS Airmail Parcel Post.
International Orders other than Canada
For orders going outside the United States, its territories, and Canada, please chosse USPS Priotity Mail.
Return policy
Item must be returned within 30 Days of Authorization Refund will be given as: Money Back
Return Policy Details:
If the item is sent back in its original condition within 30 days of delivery the customer will be refunded including package and handling for the item minus the cost of shipping. Please email the seller before shipping any item back for the return shipping address and details in order to receive a return authorization. Please do not leave negative feedback if an item arrives damaged or defective instead please email the seller at Southbaywholesale@hotmail.com so a replacement item can be sent out right away.
Warranty
All our products are covered by the manufacture's warranty against manufactured defects. Product's or Parts my be repaired or replaced at the manufacture's discretion. The warranty does not cover damaged due to normal wear, misuse, abuse or accident.
