This
is one of those guitars that every time you open the case you get a rush of
excitement…
It’s
just the thing to get you playing and falling into the tone-zone for hours upon
blissful hours. From the scenic wonders of Vermont and the artistry and experience
of Michael Millard come these works of playable art that are a veritable feast
for the eyes, ears and hands!
The Model G is
based on the beautiful Gibson L-5/J200 profile. It is a true jumbo guitar, big
in every way. Though extremely powerful, this guitar is well balanced and clear
in all ranges of the 14-fret neck.
This
guitar was completed April 2003, it’s a cannon that will cut through any live
or recording mix with a growl and plenty o’ wow!
And
would you like some tone to go with your
Ba-Boom?
Well this jumbo got it, tone and more tone, clear, defined with warmth, volume
and depth.
Go
from gentle fingerpicking to utter flat-picking domination.
Ok
Eugene, put down that Sousaphone and play fair!
Besides
being incredibly warm & rich looking the classic combination of an
Adirondack Spruce top, Koa back and sides, Mahogany neck topped with Ebony
fretboard is a match made in tonal paradise!
Carefully
chosen woods and meticulous artistry add up to an understated stunner that any
savvy player will covet.
Absolutely
gorgeous finish. The Gloss Nitrocellulose Lacquer finish is an open invitation
to dream.
Sparse
Zen-like appointments nicely complement all that natural beauty, bone nut,
Ebony bridge with bone saddle, Koa headstock overlay, and of course, that cool
Froggy Logo rendered in Abalone.
Neck
feels great, it has that sorta wide/thin thing going on that is so comfortable
in your hand. Frets show just a kiss of wear.

This
Froggy jumbo is a safe bet to be a great investment as a high end hand made USA
award winning instrument with top craftsmanship and woods but the real fun here
is in the playing… and the having. A true centerpiece to any collection!

wise though I’m sure there’s a flaw, scratch or something somewhere, I haven’t
noticed any…
You
will not be disappointed!

is 1.75 inches wide at the nut. Plays great, action is 3/32nd inch
at the 12th fret.
