Offered for auction is an early 1900's railroad lantern in good condition without apparent damage or excessive rust.  The lantern has finish wear overall though and I have not removed the glass globe to check for roughness to the rim edges. The lantern is embossed "Adams & Westlake Company Chicago  "The Adams" " to the very top with patent date information (most recent date being Nov 30 97) and "P & R R.R." to the lid.  The glass globe is also embossed "P & R Ry".  The lantern is 10" in overall height (excluding wire bale handle).

Your item will be shipped by parcel post or priority mailing thru the United States postal service depending which method you the buyer have chosen from the options presented to you before bidding. If your item is shipped by parcel post, please note that delivery time can be very slow!
