These are all used remotes. All have been tested. All four buttons work. Each will include two new Duracell batteries. Some are blue, some are black, some mixed button colors, some have a security company logo on them,  but all of them are used. If you want new I have new ones listed also but these are used. I hope I've made my point on these being used, if not I give up!
