It is the windows version. Comes with bonus Adobe video workshop training included. 

It has never been registered or activated. It is not an upgrade or academic version.

The picture is the actual item you will receive, but sealed. I opened one to take pictures. Yours will be sealed.

The only two negative feedback I received were off different product. I emailed the buyers before shipping to let them know that the software was bad and my supplier was unaware. I was the honest seller and would not sell that kind of product.
