Shop with confidence at The Secret Attic.  We opened our bricks and mortar store in New Berlin, Wisconsin in 2001.  We are a family-owned full-line party retail and costume store.  Our eBay items are in NEW CONDITION (unless noted) and come with original boxes, packaging, tags, bags, etc. when supplied by the manufacturer. They have been stored in our smoke-free climate controlled store since receipt from the wholesaler.  We guarantee 100% authenticity.

Payment Information:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and US Money Orders. We reserve the right to require a PayPal “Confirmed” address.  We do NOT accept personal checks. All payments must be received with 5 days of auction end.  If no payment and no communication are received we WILL report it to eBay.  Please note: when you use the “Buy It Now” option, you are entering into a binding contract to buy the item.  Make your decision wisely. Have multiple items? Request us to combine invoices, so we can make the check-out process simple for you.  You will only need to make ONE payment with a combined invoice.  Do NOT pay first and then request an adjustment.  Once paid, all fees are automatically deducted by eBay.

Please note: all Wisconsin addresses will be charged sales tax.

Shipping Information:

We will gladly combine shipping costs if more than one item is purchased – However, please request a combined invoice prior to payment.  We ship all merchandise USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours of receiving payment.  Delivery to your door is generally 2-3 days.  We ship 6 days a week.  International Shipping is available on some items – please email us for shipping costs to locations outside the USA.

How To Pay:

We use eBay checkout.  After the listing closes, you will receive a payment/confirmation email.  Please use the “Pay Now” button in the email to complete your payment.

Paying by credit card?  You must contact our store during normal business hours to phone in your credit card information.

Insurance: 

Additional insurance is your choice and your cost.  If you want insurance: $1.40 for up to $50.

Feedback Policy:

The Secret Attic will leave feedback on your account when the payment and shipping of the item(s) is complete. Please, return the favor by submitting feedback on our account once your purchase arrives.  Remember, your feedback counts. If there is a problem with your item, please email us BEFORE leaving feedback.

Return Policy:

No hassle returns! We accept returns ONLY if the item is NOT as described. Contact us no later than 5 days after delivery. Product must be in its original packaging, unopened (with no exceptions). Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization (RMA) number issued by Customer Service will not be accepted. Items that will not be credited back are: DISCONTINUED, SEASONAL, CLEARANCE ie..(New years, Christmas, Halloween, Graduation) For health reasons, we cannot offer returns on wearable items (costumes and costume accessories: wig, hats, etc.) Original shipping amount will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping product back.
