Aero Leather ‘B-3‘…
After the success of our Clones of the Aero Beacon NY A-2, it's obviously time for a similarly Clone Aero Beacon NY WWII B-3, so here it is, the 42-22899-P. Handcrafted in Scotland at our factory, our B-3 is all you'd expect from Aero, including the option of a genuine WWII Talon Zipper. The B-3 was standardized on May 29th 1933, and ours, of course, is manufactured to exact Military Specifications. It is in heavy Shearling Sheepskin with extra strong Horsehide sleeve and seam overlays for extra protection, single map pocket on the right hand side and heavy leather straps with 3-way stud collar closure for use in foul weather to enable the jacket to provide added protection to the lower part of the face. We also use the spec weight, shorter shearling for the cuffs, waistbands and wind flap. Available in original Seal Brown Sheep/Seal Brown Horsehide trim and Seal Brown Sheep/Russet Brown Horsehide trim or the rare "Redskin" shearling. Original Triple Marked style Talon wide tape zipper with brass teeth, (or the option of a WW2 Talon for an additional $100.00) alloy buckles recast from originals, everything is just as it was back then!
Although the B3 was discontinued by the USAAF on the 23rd of May 1943, the Aero Leather version of the original jacket is still made to the same specification and standards as the Army Air Corps garments, many of which are still going strong after over 50+ years of wear!

Size and Fit Information...
Aero Leather jackets are made-to-order and hand crafted for the individual customer.
We do not pre-make them then alter to fit the customer nor do we have them in-stock and ready to ship on a moment's notice.
After you have made your payment we can then get started on the sizing and details.
Many of our first time customers think it’s necessary to visit a tailor to get measured--this is unnecessary and not the way we want you to go about it.
Using a simple cloth tape measure (bought most anywhere for about a dollar) and doing it yourself usually works best for us.
Wearing a normal shirt, take your measurements under armpits, around fullest part of chest and shoulder blades.
For us to properly size you here is what we’ll need to know :
Chest size--- both inhaled and exhaled.
Shirt size--- (ie. 16” X 34”)
Height---
Weight---
Waist size---Not just your pants tagged waist size but also a stomach/navel area measurement.
Sport coat or suit jacket size (if you know it).
After you've done this simply email the above info along with the details of the jacket you want made to AeroLeatherUSA@aol.com .
We will email you back to confirm payment, work one-on-one with you and get all details sorted.

International deliveries will continue to be shipped by Express Airmail via the U.S. Postal Service.
Returns and Exchanges...
As each and every Aero Leather jacket is custom made, refunds are not given.
If there is a sizing issue we will happily remake you another jacket but we do not refund.
*Aero Leather USA does not accept returns on jackets ordered directly from the factory in Scotland.
Shipping costs of returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer.
