The winner may request insurance or other shipping precautions (registered mail, return request, delivery confirmation, etc.) but the winner will be responsible for the additional postage cost. I am not responsible for mail that does not get to me or for mail that gets lost after it leaves me.
The bottom line is I ship the items you win and pay for. From time to time the postal service is a bit slow. If you sent the payment and I received it, I will ship your item. Unless shipping precautions are requested, by the winner, and taken for shipping once the item(s) leaves me I am powerless to guarentee it's arrival.
