Some items that may not be available will be substituted with similar items. This assortment will include 13 different pieces of makeup and accessories. These items are all new, but they may have expired dating or damaged or defective packaging. We are able to sell these items to you at a reduced price, because we consider these items old, irregular, defective, seconds or damaged and we are overstocked. You are buying these as closeouts, clearance and surplus inventory. These are being sold to you as is and this sale is final. We hope that these items will be just what you are looking for. We take great care in the packaging of our merchandise and we reserve the right to package items as we see fit. Under normal conditions, winning bidders may expect to receive delivery of their items within 5 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS from the date that we receive payment. We currently can only ship within the United States. Please contact us with any questions regarding shipping issues prior to bidding on auction items. We cannot offer shipping insurance under any circumstances and any voluntary payments made for shipping insurance cannot be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot meet all requests and demands for the ways in which items shall be packaged for shipment. We package our items carefully and diligently to protect against the possibilities of damage during shipping. Due to this, any claims for damaged shipments must be taken up with the delivery service provider directly, whether that be USPS, UPS, or Airborne Express.
