More detailed descriptions here. Brand New = Unopened, Factory Sealed. Like New = Looks as though it was just removed from shrink wrap. No wear and tear. Product is flawless. Very Good = No damage to jewel case or item cover. No scuff marks, scratches, cracks or holes. Video game artwork, instructions and box included. Disk holder teeth undamaged. Minimal wear and tear to exterior of item. Good = Minor damage to jewel case or item cover (scuffs, scratches or cracks). Video game instructions included, no skipping on discs. Acceptable = Video game instructions and box are not included.
