The Agent18 company spans back many generations of music device protection, starting with its founder, Wilhelm von Agent, maker of the first glass harp cover back in 1579. More than 300 years later, the family business was passed onto Vesputi Virginina-Agent, an Italian cousin and inventor of the first wooden phonograph cover (Il Protectoro del Fonopodo) back in 1888. He took the business with him to America, where his great grandson eventually created the aluminum record player cover in 1957. As technology flew forward, so did the Agent family's music protection... with the Rubber Jukebox Glove, the Cover-man for Walkmen, and the neon Ka-boom Box Plastic Dome. Now, 18 of the descendents of Wilhelm von Agent live and work at Agent18. Headquarters are located in the attic of the Griffith Park Observatory in Los Angeles, Calif., where Agent18 creates breakthrough protection for music devices and other electronics accessories for the world.

 I require that all payments are made within 5 days of the auctions end date. If payment is not received, I do reserve the right to relist the item, file a non-paying dispute & request for a non-paying bidders strike against your eBay account. Please don?t get me wrong, I understand that things come up and will always try to work with you. Please make prior arrangements with me if you cannot meet any of the payment requirements above.

I will always ship out your items within 1 business day of receiving your cleared payment. I go to the post office twice a day. Insurance is not required however it is highly recommended, as I cannot be responsible for items once they are shipped. I will ship internationally however please contact me for a quote if there isn?t one listed.

All sales are final, however if, when the merchandise is received, the buyer finds it to be grossly misinterpreted from the description in the auction, we will accept return of the merchandise. Buyer should notify us no later than three days after receipt of merchandise and we will authorize return. After satisfactory examination of the returned merchandise we will refund the buyer's bid price. I do ask that you read & agree with the terms above before bidding; if you do not agree please do not bid.

I am a single mom of 3 little men that keep me going strong. I love to dress them up in all the cute name brand outfits at a bargain price. This is where you may get that ?deal of the century?, I am always buying for these guys and sometimes I just have way too much. All of my items are in good to excellent condition unless stated different. However, please realize that I too am human & may miss something by accident. I list items on a daily basis, so add me to your favorite list so that you can check back often.
