The 10269A Probe Interface is a preprocessor for use with the 1630 A/D Logic Analyzers. Provides channel width of 43 data channels and 3 clock channels: 25 MHz max qualified clock rate. Input impedance of 100 ohms <20 pF, maximum of ±40 VDC, minimum clock pulse width of 10 nS. Setup time is 20 nS, zero hold time. Power is supplied by mainframe.
