This is a Metal(cast alloy) Binocular Film and Image Viewer, sold by Air Photo Supply, NY, NY.,  probably in the 50s-60s as it is marked on the reverse "Made in Japan".   It is in excellent++ condition as is the Leatherette Carry Case. It is approximately 2.5 to 3x magnification. The glass is clean and clear, the unit is in perfect condition and still quite useful.
