Air-Shields Vickers IICS-90 VHA

Up for auction now is an Air-Shields Vickers Infant Intensive Care System, which is made up of many different individual pieces of equipment.  This system is used, but is still in overall good physical condition.  Specifically, this system is made up of the following:

• Main body/System 7880 Infant Intensive Care System VHA (Variable Height Adjust)::  Minor scuffs and scratches over the surface of the unit, but no major damage.  The height adjust works perfectly, both raising and lowering the bed.
• The top piece/IICS-90::  Examination Light comes on, however the phototherapy light is not connected to this mechanism, so the 'phototherapy light' button does not make the light come on.  When the warmer button is pressed, this turns on the overhead warmer, and activates the warmer control panel on the upright behind the bed.  We don't have a skin probe for the unit, so we could only test these controls on manual, however they did seem to accurately control the heat from the warmer.
• Phototherapy Light/Model PT1400H-3::  The power cord for this light does not plug into the phototherapy control port, it has a normal power plug, so it just gets connected into the power strip on the back of the unit.  The light does actually work, very brightly, however it is missing a cover, so this will need to be replaced before use.
• Remote Alarm::  Goes off when there is a problem with temperature.  The alarm definitely works, and is quite loud.  Both the 'Mode' knob and the 'Tone' knob seem to do their jobs accurately.  The only physical issue this unit has, is that the cover over the LEDs is missing, but the lights still work.
• Warm Weigh 2 Infant Scale::  This is the only part that seems to have a real, functional problem.  The unit is in good physical shape, with no signs of damage on any of the buttons or on the display.  We powered the unit up, and the display came on with blinking lines at first, then went to a reading of 2.196KG.  There was nothing on the bed though, so I don't know why it was giving a reading at all.  After a couple seconds, this reading went away, and was replaced with "E-08".  This is obviously some sort of error message, but we don't know exactly what it means. 
• Variable Bassinet Tilt::  This is a small round crank underneath the front of the bed, which controls the angle at which the bed sits.  This tilts the bassinet very smoothly both forwards and back.
• Power Unit/Surge Protector::  On the back of this unit, there is what appears to be the main power supply, and a surge protector.  Both of these units are in good shape, and since the rest of the unit gets power, I would assume that the power unit is in good shape.  We also checked all the outlets on the surge protector with a multimeter, and they all get proper power. 

There is also a general problem with the entire unit, and that is that one of the wheels needs to be replaced.  It looks like part of the rubber has broken off of it, so when rolling, the unit shakes every time it goes over the dead spot. 

Because of the aforementioned problems, we are selling this system as-is.  We do still guarantee it to be as described and pictured, and to function as stated.
