Returns	All sales are final, we do not issue refunds. Defective items must be reported to us within 3 days. Returns are not accepted with the exception of factory defects. It is buyer responsibility to test the item upon retrieval. All returned items MUST be returned in new condition with no damage or modifications to either the outer packing or to the product itself. Any alterations including but not limited to damage, removal, and/or alternate coloration will result in the termination of any and all warranties. Returns that have been broken due to use of inferior grade BBs and/or improper size/weight BBs, including all sporting-goods store branded BBs will be discarded or shipped back to the sender, as products using these types of BBs WILL malfunction. Gas-powered airsoft guns that are returned must have only been used with DOT approved green gas (i.e. Sapien Arms Green Gas) or with a proper mixture of both propane and silicon oil lubricant. Usage of improper propellant (i.e. propane with NO lubricant for the gun, red gas, etc.) in all/any gas-powered airsoft guns will end and void any warranty. User misuse in the form of overcharging a rechargeable battery for any airsoft electric gun will void any warranty. S&H your return is buyer responsibility. Returns are inspected and tested to insure manufacturer defect. Buyer MUST receive an RMA number prior to sending the product back, or shipment will be refused.
Shipping	On most items, we ship via UPS. UPS Does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide physical shipping address. Some smaller items will ship USPS. We do not ship international, please don't ask us. Shipping to AK, HI, APO, and other non-continental US territories will have an additional charge of $20.
