• Warranty is limited to replacement of manufacturer defect components
• This warranty does not cover failure in operation due to mishandling, introduction of foreign matter to outer and inner components
• Warranty does not cover failure in operation or breakage of internal components due to introduction of petroleum based solvents, and or, lubricants
• Warranty is null and void if AirSoft product is modified, altered, and or, painted.
• Warranty is null and void if improper BB size, or low quality/grade BBs are introduced into mechanism
• Warranty is null and void if AirSoft product is disassembled by non-factory authorized service personnel
• Warranty is only valid in the United States
• Warranty only applies to AirSoft Spring Air/Gas/Electric hobby guns
• Accessories are not covered by said warranty
• Warranty Does not cover shipping or handling cost from, and back to customer, or any incidental or consequential damages caused by defect in materials or workmanship
• Out of Warranty/fee based service available

Unsatisfied return:

• not acceptable.

We reserve the right to determine if an item is acceptable for warranty repair.

Items that do not qualify can be serviced in our company. Labor and shipping charges will apply.

1. Defective items will be repaired or replaced by same model.

2. No return on ammunitions and accessories.

3. Proper RMA# must be obtain and items must be sent UPS to indicated address.

4. A copy of the original receipt, a brief explanation note and contact info (return address and telephone number) must be included with the shipment.

5. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

6. Customer pays the shipping charge for sending back.

We will file a Non Paying Bidder (including if your child or friend using your eBay ID without your permission) to eBay and leave a negative feedback. No Exception!

 

• Wrong Shipping Address: We ship to customer's PayPal Shipping Address. If you forgot to update your PayPal shipping address, you have to pay the shipping charge again for resending or rerouting.
• Missing Package Report: If you don't receive the package, you have to report us within 3 weeks. If over 3 weeks, we still help you to file the claim to carrier but if they reject the claim all the loss will be yours.
• Return Shipping Charge: Customer pays the shipping charge for returning.
