* Every effort is made to list my items on eBay accurately , honestly & exactly as I view them when they are in my hands. Mistakes and misunderstanding do however occur , people do have different interpretations of descriptions and sometimes perceive them to be what they want them to be like & don't always look at the complete description & that is when a dispute will come up . In 99.9% of cases the matter can be amicably resolved by a simple exchange of e-mails. I am of the opinion that to revert to using eBay's adverse feedback system without first using the e-mail route or calling me is unprofessional and indicates a lack of desire to resolve any differences we may have , communication is always the key to a resolution . Lets be honest we all make mistakes and I will always go that little extra with eBay members who do communicate in an e-mail or telephone call , rather than using neutral or adverse feedback. For payment, I accept PayPal, Checks, & Money Orders.With regard to shipping, I am pricing it the most economical way possible while providing the best protection for your item.  If you have multiple items headed your way, I will combine shipping to save you a few bucks. Generally speaking, it runs $1.00 extra per item. Insurance is INCLUDED in my total, but as noted, it's an option and breaks down like this: $1.45 for the 1st $50.00 of insured value and $2.50 for the first $100 of insured value. After the first $100, it goes in $100 increments at $1.00 per additional $100.00 of insured value. If you do not pay for insurance, I WILL NOT be responsible for any loss or damage the item might incur in shipping. (It can be confusing but remember this, the post office will require proof of payment for whatever item might be claimed so 'over-insuring' is a tough one to reap the reward from. Also, if any loss or damage is discovered and a claim is to be filed, I am not a 'SELF INSURER'...the post office and their rules will apply as they will be the contractor for the said insurance.
