We grade our Cds as follows
Jewel Cases: 1 - New, still in wrapper 2 – No marks or cracks 3 – Minor scratches, labels and/or rubs 4 - One or more small cracks less than 2 inches long 5 – One or more cracks more than 2 inches long
We replace any jewel case that has broken hinges or has cracks more than 4 inches long to protect the CD during shipping.
CD disc: 1 – New, still in wrapper 2 – no noticeable marks or scratches 3 – Minor marks or scratches that do not affect play 4 – Minor scratches that have been buffed, does not affect play 5 – Repaired disc, should play without problems
Liner: 1- New, still in wrapper 2 – No marks or wear 3 – Minor wear 4 – Major wear or tears 5 - Missing
We are Paypal verified and prefer Paypal, but will accept cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks. There will be a 10 day hold for personal checks to clear. If sending money order, cashiers check or personal check, please print a copy of your checkout and include it with your payment or include the item number and your user ID so that we may correctly identify you and ship the proper item. Also, If mailing your payment please contact us by email or phone for mailing address.
Please make payment arrangement within 7 days of the auction closing date. If you do not make arrangements for payment within 7 days of auction close, we will initiate an unpaid item dispute.
For United States customers- we do combine shipping if multiple auctions are won. (All items must be paid for together to receive the discount) Please use the checkout after you are finished buying all items you wish to purchase and you will be given your total calculated with the S/H discount. You will be charged $1.00 per additional item. If the total does not look correct, please contact us and we will send you an invoice with the correct total.
For International customers- Once you are finished choosing your items, email us via EBay or use the email address below and we will send you an invoice with discounted shipping. Our usual charge for each additional item is $1.50 for Canada and $2.00 for other countries. This may vary and once actual shipping charges are determined we will refund any excess charges.
Rest assured, we are not trying to make any extra money on shipping charges, so if you have a question contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
We ship most items no later than 2 days after payment is received Monday through Saturday. Once we receive payment we start processing that order for shipment and additional items can not be combined with that order.
EBay allows senders to charge reasonable handling fees for each item. We charge a flat fee of $2.00 for each order. This fee is necessary to cover the cost of the materials and time we utilize to process your order. All our CDs are shipped in corrugated boxes to ensure your item arrives with no damage.
Shipping insurance is optional, but probably not necessary since we are careful to package all items properly. You may purchase insurance at checkout if you desire. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier.
If you purchase 5 or more CDs we wiil ship your order via USPS Priority Mail (United States Only) You pay for Media mail and we will ship Priority at no addition charge to you!
If you receive a damaged or defective CD, please contact us for instructions. Your satisfaction is our main goal.
To the best of our knowledge all our CDs are original. No copies and no pirated editions.
Our goal is to provide you with the best product we can. Our Cds come from a variety of sources and we can not guarantee they are from smoke free or pet free environments. We do not play all that we receive, so occasionally a bad CD will be shipped. In the event that you receive a disc that does not play, please contact us before leaving negative feedback so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
We receive some Cds with damaged jewel cases and discs. We will replace cases that are unusable and repair any disc we can to playable condition. We will note the condition of each case, disc and liner in each auction description so you will know exactly what you are bidding for.
We will leave feedback once payment is received. We ask that you leave feedback once you receive your item.
We will accept returns of unplayable CDs up to 30 days after the sale. Refunds will be given only for CDs that do not play.
To return a product: Contact us for an RA number. If the product does not play we will refund your purchase price and shipping.
