- Winning bidders must pay or contact us within 48 hours of auction end.
- Sorry, NO INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS! We are not an exporting company. We have no exporting license and, because we often deal with govt./military surplus, we do not want to give even the impression that we are selling abroad (including Canada and Mexico). All foreign (read: outside the US or US territories) winners will have auctions cancelled immediately and suffer an Unpaid Item strike and possible negative feedback. If you have an agent in the US you want to use for this transaction, your agent will have to do the bidding as our preferences are set to only accept bids from the US. Paypal/credit card payments must have a domestic billing address, otherwise the transaction will be considered an export.
- While many merchants on eBay charge excessive shipping fees, we strive to be fair. Our shipping charge does include a small built-in handling fee to cover time and materials used in shipping. If you choose to ship “freight collect” on your own account, a handling fee may apply. Unless there is a flat shipping rate specified, please use our shipping calculator to determine your shipping cost.
- When possible, we will combine shipping for multiple auction winners. Please hold payment until you receive a final invoice.
- In-store pickups are happily encouraged during regular store hours, cutting out shipping charges. While appointments are not necessary, you can expedite by informing us your intention to pick the item up.
- All sales in Florida are subject to appropriate sales tax, regardless of payment method. Florida winners will initially be charged 7.5% sales tax; when the transaction is processed, we will determine the appropriate tax (based on the county to which we ship) and refund any difference. If your purchase qualifies for "tax exempt" status, please fax us a signed copy of your current Annual Resale Certificate. Sales outside Florida are not taxed.
- Unless there is a “Buy it Now” option, we do not end auctions early.
- We accept PayPal (to Confirmed Addresses only), Money Orders, and major Credit Cards (by phone, 407-628-5634). Paypal/credit card payments must have a domestic billing address. We do not accept wire transfers or Bidpay.
