This edition, first published in 1920

It is a delightfully illustrated edition of this classic book.

Containing 8 full colour plates by Bessie Pease

All pages and illustrations are present

The book is in good condition

It shows some signs of wear and has some foxing. Bumping at the top and bottom of spine and corners of boards.

The binding is tight and square.

The last plate has a neat closed tear to the very edge. It is approx 2", and is almost at the spine. It does not affect the illustration

This is a first edition of this edition

Pasted on the inside of the front board, is a Sunday School presentation plate, which I have taken a photo of. This shows the date 1922

This is a delightful book, with gorgeous colour illustrations
