This extreme Alienware 2.0B case with channels on the side is designed to resemble an alien's head. Those channels are actually high performance air intakes. *Note a lot of the components are fairly new, but some may have more usage. I'd like to point this out as a buyer might assume all our products were under heavy usage, this is not the case. Sometimes a unit is brand new with just packaging being slightly opened.
We do not open the boxes and cherry pick units with less usage or no usage for customers, this type of request will be denied. Our prices are usually the lowest available. With the chance that the unit will be in near new condition and with our 90 day warranty you simply can't go wrong. Just remember usage will vary.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be added to your purchases. We cannot combine shipping on multiple orders. Insurance is included in the shipping price to cover any damage that may occur during transit. Your order will ship within two days of you receiving the Order Confirmation. When we ship your order, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email, which will include your Shipment Tracking Number.
All products are covered under a 90 day limited product parts and labor warranty. Alienware warrants to the original purchaser that any Alienware branded hardware will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the warranty period, which is measured from the date of delivery. This limited product warranty does not cover:
Non-Alienware branded hardware products and accessories.
Software, including the operating system and software added through AlienFactory, Alienware's factory integration system, as well as any third party software.
Product that has been damaged by actions that are beyond Alienware's control, including, impacts, fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning or similar disasters, war, strike, lockout, epidemic, destruction of production facilities, riot, insurrection, or material unavailability.
Product that has been damaged through misuse, abuse or mishandling, including without limitation the unauthorized modification of the system as a whole or any individual component, and/or the attachment of peripheral devices.
During your 90 day warranty period, if a covered product is proven to be defective in workmanship or materials, Alienware will replace or repair the defective component or refund the purchase price in full, including shipping. Replacement parts will be new or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part or product, and warranted for thirty days. Replacement products may be refurbished and are also warranted for thirty days. Any additional purchases or upgrades will not extend this warranty.

Returns We do not accept unauthorized customer returns. In order to return an item customers must contact us and receive an RMA#. Please refer to the Warranty Section for information regarding the procedures to follow if you receive a malfunctioning item. If your purchase has been obviously damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement will be shipped, if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund. If shipping damage is not apparent until after the driver leaves, please contact UPS claims at 1-800-742-5877. After initiating the claim, please contact us and we will issue a replacement if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.
