I do most of my shopping in online boutiques and local stores and some on ebay. I get very disappointed when people sell items with stains that are really obvious but not in the description. It just wastes everyone's time. That being said PLEASE let me know if I inadvertently missed a stain or anything and I would be more than happy to help. Also I never accept offers that are less than 50% of the price listed. The reason I have items listed as best offers is because I have alot to sell and sometimes if it's been listed for awhile I will take a lower price.

ALL of Ava's clothes are washed on cold and hung to dry. My mom's dog occasionally comes to visit us with her but goes nowhere near the clothes I sell; we are a no smoking home. I am human so of course if I miss a stain or something please email me.

This is the only way I can make income to help pay for my daughter’s medical bills (among other bills!) as I am unable to work out of the home so I really want to make my customers happy. PLEASE READ!!!!!! I have a special needs daughter with multiple medical problems and although I make every effort to send items within three to five business days, if she is sick, it may take me a few extra days to send items as she is my top priority. IF THIS IS A PROBLEM FOR YOU PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM ME!!!! I have no way of controlling if she gets sick or not obviously.
If you do need the item for anything special, PLEASE let me know in a note when you pay for it and I will have someone else send it out for me if I can't do it myself. I will make every effort to check email but in an emergency may not be able to check it for a few days.

Returns will be accepted only if there is a gross misrepresentation of the item, (not because the wrong size was purchased or the buyer changes their mind).
