Top reads, Allis-Chalmers 5/8% Step Voltage Regulator - Type JFR, Milwaukee, Wisconsin Made in U.S.A. Large amount of information and diagrams, bottom reads, Do Not by-Pass unless on Neutral and control switch on panel is off. Plate is from the estate of a Texas Power and Light Co. Lineman. I was told it is from the 1930's-40's. unusual item. Buyer pays $5.00 S&h in the U.S.A., payment by paypal or pickup. Good Luck!
