I have black, bay black, dark silver, light silver, rose grey, dark medium brown, lt medium brown, dark fawn, light fawn, beige and white. I also have Suri fleece in white and colors.

Alpaca fleece is easy to spin. It does not need to be washed beforehand.

You can spin it raw or tease or card it. Alpaca does not need to be mixed with other fibers, like wool.

It can be spun up by itself into a lovely soft yarn.

The fiber can also be used to stuff pillows, or to felt.

Felted handbags, or purses, or other products. Felted alpaca can also be used as quilt batting.

Alpaca fleece is hypoallergenic.

Alpacas were blown before sheering, so the fleeces are as clean as possible with just the usual dirt, as alpacas like to roll on their backs. They are well shorn, with very few second cuts.
