Out out of 700+ faceplate's sold, I have had no problems. Most cases, it is the customer purchasing the wrong model number, so please be sure you have the correct model number at time of purchase, and that your unit is in 100% working condition. Swapping the internals of faceplate with your damaged faceplate will be reported to Ebay as fraud. Every faceplate is marked internally to prove the faceplate is from me.
