We ship every business day (not weekends) there might be a delay in shipping due to unforeseen reasons, but we try to ship the item quickly as possible.

There are no absolutely no refunds for any warranted units, it will be fixed or you will be given a comparable or newer replacement model

We know that you’re trying to save some money, but professional installation is highly recommended, as often it’s a simple installation error and you can save a lot of time and money by having it done correctly the first time.

99% of the time everything that a customer returns an item to me, the problem was due to an installation error and the product worked fine,

That is a complete waste of my and your time and money!

Please check your installation before requesting an RMA number.,

We will not be responsible for damage upon installation.

All items are guaranteed not to be DOA (Dead on Arrival) We will handle any warranty issues in house.

Item must be shipped back to us for any warranty issues. Items will be warranted for normal use; abuse or deliberate physical damage will void warranty. If buyer has any warranty concerns, buyer must contact us via email for a Return Authorization number (RMA).

Items being sent back for warranty must be accompanied with return authorization number that is your item number and must be returned in original box with all packaging material, remotes, manuals, and ALL parts. (This is very important).
