Yours for the bidding...The 133rd in a series of OOAK "aLterED" creations from the dArK cobwebbed filled hemisphere of my brain.
For your consideration...a wedding portrait from days of yor....The Lady Latisha.
Latty, as her dear friends used to call her, measures 5 3/4 inches tall and her bones are composed of "aged" plastic. At this moment she is just hanging around the house. She is resting on an antique Coats & Clark 9 inch wooden embroidery hoop. The hoop is encircled with off-white lace. The back is composed of cardboard, "aged" cotton and some black & white rayon type skull material. Latisha is dressed in what's left of her once white wedding gown. It has a lace overlay which was hand dyed with various distressed inks. She is holding her long since dead floral bouquet, tied with aged cheesecloth.
This dark and lovely decor can take up precious space on a wall, preferably in your home!! Please note that this would make a lovely addition to any home if you appreciate the eclectic side of life!
