Altitude Temperature Chamber, LN2 Boost ESPEC EV134-1JA

This is a lightly used very large environmental chamber for testing up to 80,000 feet (high altitude) and correspondingly cold conditions. The internal chamber size is a 39 inch cube (1 meter cube). A JC Systems 600A controller allows the chamber to smoothly cycle through combined altitude and temperature test conditions. An LN₂ boost is provided for accelerated cold ramps below 20K foot altitudes. A dual LN₂ dewar connection is included (dewars not included) with connecting stainless steel supply lines to a heat exchanger. LN₂ does not enter environmental chamber, a heat exchanger is utilized so altitude test is not disturbed. This chamber is not intended for human altitude testing.

This unit requires 460 V AC, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, 40 FLA power, compressed air for LN₂ control valves, and a condensate drain (sump pump included). The external chamber portion is 86” high, the compressor section behind is 88” high. Overall external depth is 9’ -10 ½ “. The overall external width is 71 ½ “. The door is 8 ½ inches thick. The unit weighs 4500 pounds and sits flat on the deck (no casters).

This item requires disconnection, removal and shipping at buyer’s expense. Recertification is not included. Item must be removed within 10 days of payment completion. We can supply a vendor contact for removal and relocation including certification. Local pickup preferred.

Policy

Auction Close
Winning Bidders will receive a complete invoice within 24 hours after close of auction. Winning Bidders must contact Facilities First at sales@facilitiesfirst.com within 3 days following notification of winning bid to make final payment. Pickup or shipping arrangements will also be made at this time. Due to a revised pick-up Schedule this auction will need to be paid for with overnighted business check to be immediately cleared electronicly before item can be removed by May 26th, 2008.

The winning bidder of this auction will be required to sign a liability release form releasing the existing business owner of these assets from future liability as a condition of close of this auction.

Payment
Facilities First prefers payment through PayPal with a confirmed address. For buyers who are not PayPal members, we will accept business checks subject to clearing or USPS Money Order. We regret that we are unable to accept personal checks. For International customers we can only accept payment via PayPal.

If full payment is not RECEIVED and within 3 days of auction close and in addition, checks must be funded immediately, Facilities First reserves the right to cancel the transaction and sell the item to another interested party. A Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Facilities First will invoice the appropriate sales tax if required. Provision of a valid resale certificate or tax-exempt certification with payment may exempt buyers from sales tax.

Shipping
If shipping and handling are offered by Facilities First, for the item(s) listed in this auction, the terms of proposed shipping and handling will be outlined in the Item Description and/or in the "Shipping, Payment Details and Return Policy" sections of the eBay listing. If we offer shipping, a small handling fee will be included for labor and packaging materials etc. over and above the calculated shipping costs. Facilities First may ship via FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service. Please note that Facilities First reserves the right to substitute an equivalent service from another carrier to better meet the needs of a particular item. Due to the revised pick-up date this item must be out of it's current facility by May 26, 2008. Also see revised payment requirements.

If the items for sale are too large and/or heavy for the carriers listed above, the Item Description will state "Local Pickup Preferred" and/or "Freight Shipping." If local pickup is not possible, Buyer is responsible for both shipping arrangements and packing expenses. Facilities First may include an additional quote for boxing and/or palletizing in the Item Description. If additional preparations are required (i.e. crating), Buyer is solely responsible for costs for those additional requirements. Facilities First may be able to provide the contact information of a logistics provider to assist the Buyer with packing and freight shipment arrangements. All shipping arrangements must be made in advance in coordination with Facilities First’s scheduled pickup calendar.

If the Item Description states "For Local Pickup Only", Facilities First WILL NOT PREPARE this item for transport. All handling will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

Items listed by Facilities First are stored at locations of other businesses. Facilities First requests that Buyers contact Facilities First within 24 hours of auction close to confirm payment and pickup or shipping arrangements. If an item is to be picked up, Facilities First reserves the right to charge a $500 fee plus per diem storage charges (up to 15% of listing price per day) if the buyer or his/her shipping/handling company/representative is not present at the pickup day and time specified in the listing or as otherwise agreed to in advance by Facilities First. Failure to pick up an item within 11 days of the close of the auction will result in the cancellation of the transaction and forfeiture of all payment. Only if we are able to resell the item will Facilities First refund your payment-less $1000 to cover our expenses PLUS the difference between the new final sales price and the previous one if lower than the original winning bid.

All Facilities First auction items are sold "as-is." Because our items are sold largely on behalf of private companies or public corporations, Facilities First is not able to accept returns.

Bid Cancellation
If you have inadvertently placed a bid or otherwise are unable to abide by terms of our listing, Facilities First may agree to cancel your transaction at their discretion if contact with Facilities First is made within one 24 hour business day of the original auction end date and time. In all instances, a minimum $1000 fee will be assessed to accommodate other lost opportunities, lost time and money on the part of Facilities First and the selling entity. We appreciate your understanding of this matter.
