After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

Freight shipping is available nationwide, please refer to the map in the description section to get a price for your location. Freight shipping is to your door. Inside (white glove) delivery can be ordered, but we recommend simply tipping the driver. Please use the shipping calculator to calculate the cost of shipping to your location. Local shipping is available to most of NY and NJ and is $50 (unless otherwise specified). See list of counties in our delivery info page for delivery days.
We deliver our products in the most efficient and secure method possible. Depending on the unit's weight, we will ship your order with UPS or a Freight Carrier servicing your area. All local shipments in NJ and NYC will generally arrive 1-3 business days. Most of our shipments ship out within 1-2 days of placing the order and will arrive within 3-7 business days, depending were your located. There are times were shipments can get delayed and we will notify you in a timely fashion. Since we are an authorized dealer all our products come with the full manufacturers warranty. If you would like a copy of the warranty for this item or if you need assistance with getting a repair on a unit you ordered please give us a call or email us and we will be glad to assist you. All sales are final, so we ask that if you have any questions about any item that you contact us before bidding. However in the case of a damaged unit, we will do our best to assist you. All items are covered by manufacturers warranty only, we do not offer store returns or exchanges. You must contact manufacturer for warranty service, we will be happy to provide store receipts, DO NOT USE AN EBAY RECEIPT FOR WARRANTY SERVICE. Use our store receipt for warranty service.
Damaged Items Repairs and Returns:
All products are under manufacturers warranty only. All sales are final. If you force a return or if we agree to one, there is a substantial restocking fee plus collection costs and liquidation costs. We do our best packaging our products to minimize damages. Unfortunately, there are times that a unit might come damaged. It is very important to inspect the item upon delivery. If you notice any dents or punctures on the package please refuse the package or make note of it on the Bill of Lading and call customer service at 1-800-499-8009 for assistance or email us. We will take every possible step in getting you out a new unit in a timely fashion. If the unit was accepted and signed for and there was concealed damages, we will do everything necessary to repair the unit (if it is at all possible), or send you a replacement unit and pick up the damaged unit. On occasion the unit might need minor repairs and we will send a service technician down to try and repair the unit. It may take up to 10 days for a service appointment. If you make accept an offer of compensation or refund, that is a full legal settlement and you are precluded from seeking any other recourse against us in any forum for compensation or feedback (including publishing any negative, neutral or derogatory information). |
