Q: Do you ship to Canada?

A: We temporarily can not accept any payment from Canada or any other country.

A: Why is the price lower then in our store: Some of items may be new or used, some may have a scratch or dent, and others may just be clearance items.  Please keep in mind that we do not include shipping in our EBay auctions. 

B: Can we price match or give price adjustments on items that are posted on EBay: Unfortunately not.

• There are many reasons for the reduced price such as items being picked up only, scratches, dents, or whatever the case may be.
• Also keep in mind that the prices you see in our EBay Auctions are not the final price. They are Auctions and the items get bid on until someone wins.  So please don’t confuse a price you may see on our EBay Store as a much lower price. Often times by the time the auction is finished the price will be higher than you may have seen when searching.  (There is a buy now price and an Auction Price)

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect package when it arrives at their doorstep.  Sometimes the exterior of the box may not show visible sign of damage. While the Delivery Company is there, please open and inspect contents of your box. If there is any damage to your product, you have to refuse the delivery in order our warranty to be validated.

If you accept the package damaged it will be hard to get shipper to cover product under their insurance policy.

If you do not inspect package and content you may void the warranty and return policy we offer.  Thank you for your help in this matter. Unfortunately shipping company does not always care for the products being shipped the way they should. We take pride on our side to assure that all shipments leaving our warehouse are packed nicely as careful as possible. Our policy is in place to ensure that you the customer receive what you have purchased in excellent quality the way it leaves the warehouse.
