Up for auction is a special UNDERWATER VERSION of the 5000C. This reel was never put into mass production cause no one wanted it. (VERY COLLECTIBLE)
Reel is ported all around with holes so water can drain from the unit. Paint is not important, cause who is gonna see the reel if it is underwater. All mud has been cleaned from the reel, unit has been lubricated, and special care should be taken when winding line on the reel cause the spool has a rough spot.
Handle is a little bent, but reel balance is not that important if you are in the lake.
